In the outgassing test using the ASTM E 595 test method, the ELPEGUARD®SL 1800 FLZ/900 performed well. The conformal coating for electronics from Peters has been tested by Integrity Testing Laboratory Inc. (ITL). The product testing took place at ITL based in Markham near Toronto, Canada. Stamped by the institute’s test manager and laboratory manager, the results of the outgassing testing have been communicated recently to the ink manufacturer located in Germany’s Lower Rhine Area. The outgassing test did not reveal any negative changes with regard to the quality parameters of the conformal coating.
