Four days of the world’s leading trade fair for the development and manufacture of electronics in Munich – productronica is again the industry meeting place for experts and interested people. For the Peters team, it is now time to process and follow up on enquiries and discussions. “There was an intensive exchange of ideas at our two stands, and a great interest in our products“, reports Michael Kollasa, Head of Field Sales. At stand B, Peters presented ELPEPCB® products for the manufacture of printed circuit boards to PCB manufacturers and visitors of EMS- and OEM-companies, while stand A at the exhibition center in Munich-Riem focused on conformal coatings and casting compounds for the protection of assembled PCBs.
New Peters‘ SEP product line in the spotlight on the Isar river banks
A striking feature at this year’s productronica: At stand A2.354, the new Peters SEP Sharp Edge Protection product line attracted a great deal of interest. Peters presented the ELPEGUARD® concept in detail to the visitors of the trade. ”The issue of better edge coverage is becoming increasingly important, especially with regard to high-voltage applications” concluded coating engineer Stefan Schröder, Product Manager for ELPEGUARD® Conformal Coatings.
High performance also generates a lot of heat. Therefore, one focus of the Peters stand B3.343 was on heatsink pastes that can be easily and economically printed in any shape at the circuit board manufacturer’s site. “They improve heat dissipation and thus also durability in the long term”, says Sven Kramer, Global Application Technology Manager and Product Manager in charge of the ELPEPCB® product line.
“Many visitors and customers came to exchange ideas or simply to meet and greet, say hello and see each other again at the trade fair“ says Peters CEO Ralf Schwartz, summing up the event positively. “We were delighted to welcome every single visitor. Thank you very much and see you again the year after next“ says Michael Kollasa.
